Thank you for your support

Dear fans, colleagues, friends, and family,

Most of you already know if you follow me on social media that I was forced to postpone my upcoming "Forgotten Songs" tour a few weeks ago due to health issues. This was a very difficult decision to make and continues to be difficult for a number of reasons, but in the end I was in an impossible situation with my health and knew that it was not possible for me to go out on tour and give you my best in the situation I was and am in, now. I began to have issues with my vocal cords while singing after I returned from Canada in February when I began trying to rehearse for the tour. Then while trying to diagnose the issue I was hit with the worst influenza of my life and a terrible lung infection that lasted weeks, and lastly my autoimmune disease went into a severe flare up that has caused me alot of grief and I continue to try and adjust my medication to manage this terrible disease. To go out on tour takes all of my power and strength, to be in the van, on the road, and on stage giving my fans and my team the best of myself vocally and physically. It is just not possible to do it at this time. But we are working on rescheduling as many of the dates as we can for 2027 and look forward to see you then so please hold onto your tickets until you hear from promoters or from me about the new postponed dates. Until then I am focussed on getting my health back, and have appointments with an ear nose and throat doctor, my autoimmune specialist, a vocal coach.  I have a few festivals in July of this year which will remain booked, so if you are able to make it out to support us, we would love to see you then. And in my spare time, I want to start writing songs for a new studio album if I can find the inspiration once my health is under control. As many of you know I had alot of stress last year and the beginning of this year with my father's situation in hospital in Canada. Perhaps my body just needs some time to rest and recover, and then hopefully I will be back with you on stage, in true Firegirl form. Love and gratitude to all of you who have supported me on my journey all these many years, Layla Zoe

PS...A special thanks to the promoters for their patience, my agent for his hardwork, and most of all to my band for their support and kindness during this difficult time.
