A great weekend of music

What a wonderful weekend of music, first seeing my friend Henrik Freischlader play in Tilburg on Saturday night at the Heyhoef Backstage venue. A fantastic concert!

And then to be back on stage with my great band in Weert at one of my favourite venues De Bosuil! The show was even more special because it was a double concert with Willie and the Bandits, a band I have heard about for years and yet had never had the chance to see/hear live or to meet. Such nice guys and a great show. Thanks to everyone at De Bosuil for making us feel so welcome and appreciated. Now I have a month off for summer holidays and then some great gigs in Romania and Quebec in August. x Layla
